    First open I’ve ever done. People say this was a hard open. Glad I was able to get through all the workouts. Have to say , I’ve really liked doing these. But glad it’s all done. I have seen a lot of progress in my strength these last 5 weeks. Can’t wait for 2017 open

    Goal was for under 25 min… Ultimate goal was under 20. So, I’m happy with it!

    First Open to complete all 5 WODs!πŸ˜€ Loved FNL … Was super fun to watch everyone push themselves places they’ve never been before!πŸ’ͺ Thanks Jayson & Jennie (and all the other coaches) for creating this fun community event!πŸ‘

    Deliberately slow in 21’s down thru 12’s in effort to avoid repeat of misery in ’14. Might could have pushed a little sooner starting in 12’s…may try next time.
