    5x 600m run
    Banded chin over the bar pull-ups; by the end I was doing two or three reps at a time
    Started with HSPU but didn’t get very far. Switched to negative movement HSPU falling into the plank position (I have no idea what that movement is called). Did that for 6 reps or so then finished off with A-frame push-ups. Switched to all A-frames for the last two rounds.
