    21 Box steps, 20″
    12 Thrusters – started at 65, transitioned quickly to 33#bar due to left knee tweak
    subbed 6 C2B (jump assist) +6 Dips (toe assist)

    Strength

    5×3 Bench Press: 75/95/125/125/145.
    1 rep @ 155# – PR tie, failed at 165 & 157.

    Tic Tack Toe was fun, except we need faster guys! (me included…)

    12:23 rx…..lower back starting to loosen up a little bit finally. Another week or two maybe I’ll be back to normal. whatever that is???

    Worked up to 275 x2 got a little help on the last rep from THE chiropractor.

    (Got 75#x1 for a 1 rep max pr!)

    Messed up and did 12 rings rows (bc of hand tears) instead of 6 ring rows, 6 ring dips

    Body felt so tired and weak today.
