Metcon

In teams of three, perform three rounds each for time of:
Row 800/650 Meters
Run 400 Meters
20 Toes to Bar

Teammates roll through this congo-line style, getting on rower as soon as the teammate in front of them is off and has begun the 400 meter run. You’re welcome to perform alone as well.

    First round we waited until each other off the rower other two we just kept rolling but made sure we both weren’t on the same movement

    T2B for me broken up like 12/9 each round

    Rowed, ran, all knee raises rd 1 / 10 T2B + 10 knee raises rd 2 / 20 unbroken knee raises rd 3 (Wanted to do all T2B on rd 3, but stomach was tore up and I needed to finish ASAP!πŸ˜³πŸ™ˆ 😫)

    Cardio is so not my thing… But I survived… Barely 😲

    Pete was a beast in this WOD… Just sayin’πŸ’ͺ
