    PR’d my Jerk (which was easy considering that I didn’t have a PR yet): 155#
    Probably could have done some more weight but focused on form.

    Split was not solid, so dropped & did 83# a few times to work on form.

    Rd 1 did 15 95# PP and only 5 DU before I realized just how jacked my ankle and foot still is from Ragnar
    Did 30 sit ups for DU on all 3 rounds, dropped to 85# and did 10 strict press on Rd 2 & 3
    All 15 pulls strict all 3 rounds
