In teams of two, AMRAP 30:
Run 400 Meters
+ “Cindy”
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Only one person may be running at a time. While Partner A runs, Partner B works through as many rounds as possible of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 air squats). Partners then switch roles once the running partner has returned.

      I was in the bathroom first 1min of work and then had a malfunction midway through on my turn to work 😁

      Kipping pull-ups unbroken every rd and strict push-ups

    *push ups broke down to 2’s and 3’s on some rounds but I kept them strict. All pulls and squats unbroken.
