    Every other round I subbed 25 sit-ups for push jerks. Shoulder muscles are killing me from everything we’ve done this week so didn’t want to push too hard.

      Also…. Pretty sure my buddy Lucas hit a PR @260 on the pwr clean and push jerk… And Big D wore that metcon out!!!!

    30 min light punching bag work
    then…
    5 tabata intervals
    20 sec heavy bag
    10 sec footwork
    then…
    6- 4 min rounds
    1 min punching heavy bag
    15 GHD situps
    1 min knees/elbows/kicks on heavy bag

    Banded transverse plane torsion work.

    Coughed alot.
    It was productive.
