    2nd, you should be filled with gratitude and appreciation for me making y’all stronger and better.

    Times are not comparable to those from other classes. Carry on.

    Metcon: 2:06, 6:40 (this time can’t be right, because I see above that Bobby finished after what I wrote down and then did wallballs. But in reality he was doing wallballs while I was finishing my man-makers. Soooooooo who the hell knows what I did

    Started with 12#, then did the rest with 8# or nothing. Should have done more weight, but the time got in my head. I won’t let that happen next time!!
