*No resting on the shoulders between reps. Today is to be 5 unbroken, rapid fire reps and will likely be at a lighter weight than your 5 rep max.

    Didn’t worry about my time. Just focused on doing kipping HSPUs for the entire workout. At one point, I got 9 unbroken! Little victories. Did all the runs, no walking. No eye rolling, it’s a big deal for me. Ring rows.
