Next Saturday we will have a 45 minute ROMWOD at 8:00 in place of yoga.

3 Rope climbs
10 Toes to bar
21 Walking lunge steps with 45lb plate held overhead
Run 400 meters

    Last time we did this my time was 42:58 and I was doing laying TTB, but I did do 45# OHWL for the first two rounds last time and did 35# this time. Wish I would have looked at this and done 45# this time. Oh well! Great workout!
