    failed 90 a couple times bc my quads & hip flexors weren’t ready to squat under load

      I have been told that I don’t ever tell people that they’re doing a good job or that I’m pleased with their performance/progress…MIke, good job today! I saw snatch progress and you stuck it out with the RX…made me happy πŸ™‚

    252 ( had preggo brain and did 8 power cleans then realized I was suppose to squat for last4)

    All movements Rxd except did Kipping pull ups and the clean mishap .

    Power snatches 65-85#
    Metcon 260 w/95# PC otherwise Rx & had to re-do several C2b & a few WB;
    I might coulda got a couple of jerks in but I started shedding weight bc I thought snatches were next & I ran out of time. I also would’ve tried 100# squat cleans but I didn’t realize that was Rx. (I was in a fog this AM! 5a is early😩)

    Went light and focused on form. Felt alot better on it by the end.

    Double unders and T2B killed my score, but oh well. At least I did ’em Rx!
