Back Squats
Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65%
Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
Set 3 – 3 reps @ 85%
Set 4 – 2 reps @ 90%
Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%
Set 6 – 4 reps @ 80-90%

    Shoulder has serious issues. Had to do 2 rounds at 135 and the others at 95.

    Not sure why I feel so week lately? I’ve been coming once a week,maybe even sometimes as much as even twice a week. So, I don’t get it!!!
