    9 Toes to Bar: First round all toes to bar multiples!, the other rounds were a mixture of t2bar singles, knee raises and knees to elbows
    7 HSPU: off of a 20″ box with ab mat for head
    5 Power Cleans (75#)

    Thrusters @ either 38# or 43# (12-9-6-3): Had a hard time with these. Kept taking the weight down and couldn’t get past 12 unbroken so I went from there till I finished. Then did the sit ups with a 12# ball 25-20-15-10-5. Blue ab mat.
