We will have an 8:30 class today for anyone that can make it!

We will be open for one WOD on Memorial Day, this coming Monday, at 10:00.

Metcon – Nicole

Run 400 Meters
Unbroken Pull-Ups x Max Reps*
*If you have several good kipping pull-ups, go for max reps in 1 grip, no regrip. If you come off the bar, you run. If you have a few kipping pull-ups but can’t string together very many, allow one regrip in your pull-up set before you take off on your next run. If you are scaling pull-ups, go for around 15-20 per round with the least number of regrips possible between runs.

    I met the name sake of this WOD in 2007. She was my 2nd CF girl crush. (Jennie is #1) Anyway she came up to me and started some small talk and I felt like a 7th grade boy that was talking to a cute girl for the first time. She noticed (probably the red ears) and we laughed about it.

    I had to stop for about 3 min to help a guy fill some water jugs for his overheating car. Probably could have gotten another 20 reps in.
