Strength

20 minutes to complete Back Squats:
Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65%
Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
Set 3 – 3 reps @ 85%
Set 4 – 2 reps @ 90%
Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%
Set 6 – 4 reps @ 90+%

    PUs 60 then RR. Thanks Tanya for the coaching on the pull ups! Made a hugh difference on being able to get up to the bar. Need to be able to string them together.

    Realized halfway through the push-ups that if I stuck with 100’s I would not make it to all four movements as instructed by Jayson. So I decided to cut push-ups and sit-ups by 20 reps.

    PostWOD: HS walk practice with Lucas and Ben. New PR of 13 feet. Was walking toward the wall and still under control when my heels touched it, so might could have gone a little further. Progress…

    BS-worked up to 155, I think-light today due to sore back.

    Angie: 22:14 with all kipping pull ups, some roll up and all plank down on most of the push ups (but not a complete roll up if that makes sense) UB abmat sit ups and good squats

    Kevin: PR on squats @195 I know I could have done more but ran out of time. Scored 352 on WOD slowed down a little on pull ups after the skin wore off my palm. That cost me.

    Shoulders were killing me today. They felt so tired. Not sure why. They haven’t felt like this in a long time. Stopped at 70 pull-ups because they took me so long. Planned on doing 70 of everything else, but finished and just kept working until the 25 minute cap.
