      I didn’t count my reps in total but still recorded for my records for next time. Plus, the fails still felt like lots of work, just couldn’t get them high enough.

    🔹Worked on some 1 ab mat Kipping HSPU (First I’ve done in a long time. Didn’t feel too bad! No popping blood vessels so that’s a success!🎉🙌)

    🔹Practiced some pushing/falling into plank position when at bottom of HSPU

    Started with 155# which I discovered by round 4 was too much. I accidentally based this weight on 75% on my 1RM front squat instead of my 1RM power clean. On round four I got 1 rep in and two fails. So I shed 20# and moved on. 135# is more along the lines of the weight I should have been using from the start. Anyway…

    10 / 5 / 5 / 1 / (-20#) 5 / 6 = 32

    Skill work:
    Focused on kipping push-ups, did three rounds. By the third (with Jennie’s help) I had the form down much better. I think I did six in a row…
