    Hang snatch: Worked up to 80#; tried 85 several times & just couldn’t get aggressive at 5a
    Metcon: 19:02 rx
    Snatches were slow-they were ok weight wise but couldn’t TnG bc my back was sore

    Was super slow with the overhead squats, but so excited to finally be doing them rx’d and make it through a whole workout, that I don’t even care! Whoop whoop!
