    Rd 1/2runs: No 45# left so did 25# on all weighted runs
    Rd 3: 45# on first run, then 25# on rest
    Rd 4: Time was running out so grabbed first weight I saw (25#) and ran the whole time.

    ** 7 hours later and I am still burning up! 😲😅 **

    45#runs w/some fast walk and 25# were a mix of runs & power walks.
    First rd was the closest I got to actually running with the weight.
    Worked outside and it was hot.
