    WOD: 16:04 – 40# DBs – 5 left arm 10 right arm – regular pullups for the most part

    Strength: 45/50/55/60 partnered with Kimberly and we lost track of the weight lol. Not sure if I did 65 or not but definitely hit 60 which is a PR I think. Need to keep track of my WOD’s better 😬

    Didn’t do any weight last two times we did this due to a bummed shoulder but matched my last weight from August 15 before any shoulder probs so PR same weight with no pain
