    45# plate, slow run 1st 2 times, walked 3rd

    except I subbed 1 rope climb in my last round for laying (but Jennie “allowed” me to make it up when we ended). She def did more work.

    Grateful for the 31 and the sacrifices of thier families.

      I only did 2 real rope climbs per round the rest were 3 for 1 laying the last round I did do three real rope climbs .

      24″ steps
      25# plate all runs or jogs really

    Still avoiding overhead work, I used a training bar for thrusters.
    Did most of the rope climbs from the floor, until my hands gave out, then subbed ring rows.
    Still avoiding potential hamstring reinjury, so we used a 12″ box.
    Walked with 25# plate
