    Pull-ups – starting as kipping, a few strict, then mainly jump assist
    Push-ups – 10 or so strict each round then rolling

    No A/C in garage. Only a measly little box fan …. Thought I was going to pass out a few times. Wanted to quit as it’s hard doing solo wods. Took 35 min, but I finished it ! Brutal!😲

    All in all: 65 min of sweaty goodness…💪😅

    32:20 with 100#
    First 2 rounds of push ups were super strict and took the majority of my time. 3rd round of push ups were still decent but my quads touched.
    -all kipping pull ups, abmat sit ups

    63# 1st round I broke up the jerks and fs the last two rounds were unbroken
    PC broke them up 3 & 2
    Each round I did 10 RR and then 20 JPU
    Had to roll up from my knees on push ups because my form was breaking too much
    Sit ups I tried to divide into 10/15/10/15 but last round I wanted to get through so I split in half and did 25/25

    Metcon: 32:15 – 3 c&j 9 power cleans for the barbell work. Cut out FS and replaced with power cleans to rest my adductor – push-ups strict as I could.

    Extra: Punched the bag.
