    Split jerk: 135# PR
    Metcon: 4:55 w/135# DL, got the wrong box & did 20″ box jumps the first round; Megan grabbed me a 24″ so I did the 15/9 on it. About 45 sec after finishing I decided I needed to do 21 box jumps on the 24″ box. Time after that was 6:38.
    I had fun wodding w/the afternoon peeps!

    Previous PR was 110 in April (not super solid form then)
    Warm up/drill work really helped me tonight! When I failed at 115, I fixed my dip and did 110. Then tried 115 again: SOLID 😀👍 Felt good!

    Worked on split up to 120# I think then switched to push jerk . Felt more stable with the belly in push jerk . Worked then up to 140# 30# from my previous July ’15 PR . No shoulder pain anymore and everything felt ok so no complainents !
