    Snatch work: 95# some power some squat some OHS. Feelin the shoulder out.

    Intended to do 85#, but accidentally got a 45# bar.
    Snatches: 77x 1(still had the big bar)/55 the rest

    All HSC unbroken until very last 2 reps. Grip slipped. Burpees all step out and in. First 5 rounds of C2B unbroken.

    Too dizzy to snatch. Tried 3 times and just wasn’t recovered enough.

    Dehydrated and tight hip/low back.

    Started with 4 rnds of squat cleans and ended with 3 rnds of power cleans.

    Floor press wotked up to 235#.

    Heavy bag and mit work with the kids.
