      Came back at 4:30 did some clean work…….trying to get comfortable under the bar. Squat clean to 165 and power clean to 225 (10#pr) 235f/ 235f

    5@55/4@65/3@75/failed at 80. Could get it up and get all the way squatted but couldn’t come back up. Core just wasn’t tight enough.

    Started out with 20# KB and went up to 25# did do full swing though because I am trying to be careful with my shoulders this week.
