Metcon – “Bergeron’s Beep Test”

EMOM for as long as possible, complete:
7 Thrusters (75/55)
7 Pull ups
7 Burpees

*Note you may need to pick a smaller number to shoot for each round and do that for as long as possible. Maybe 5 reps or 3 reps of each is more suitable for your current abilities.

    Did all 7 reps first round in 53 seconds.
    Dropped to 4 reps for remaining 9 rounds.
    Rest time dwindled from 15 seconds to 5ish by round 10
    Completed 10 rounds, no breaks

    Strict Press: 2 reps each: 33/40/45/50/55/60/65
    Form failed at end, got funky back & lost tight core.

    Round 2 (5 reps) went over the next minute and had extra rest
