    Strength: 55/60 on snatches, 85 on clean and jerks. Some squat snatches but mostly power. All power cleans and split jerks.

    Metcon: 12:21 I think? All negative on the rings. Tried to really focus on controlling my way down. Rings rows.

    First 23 reps I did ring rows because of torn hands but it was worse than c2b so I just did that the rest of the way.
    12 reps with mini band mixed in with ring dips all other unassisted
