    -All runs first we did loop plus 300meter
    -30# db snatches should have done the 35# this was to easy
    – set of 40 T2B ( 20 T2B / 20 14# ball slams)
    – set of 20 T2B ( 10 T2B / 10 20# ball slams)
    – last set all 10 T2B
