    Metcon: 6:47 – 99 percent sure I got all 5 rounds done – should have used chalk – wall balls unbroken all rounds – 5 unbroken pullups then singles first two rounds then quick singles for last 3 rounds. Tried to eliminate transition time.

    BS: 135/185/225/225/275/295 – back still tight from deads earlier this week.
