    Kept an easy pace on row (4:31)
    Never set the bar down during thrusters – only took a 5 second rest in front rack at rep 35

    Snatches – Can’t remember what weight I worked up to – Maybe 80-85#

    possibly did 60 thrusters – put the bar down and started to the other side for pull-ups and then second guessed my thruster reps so went back for 10 more just in case!
