    Metcon: 13:35 Rx – slower today. Rotated out with Elisabeth to watch kids each round, relay style. Added in some extra burpees and rowed while waiting. Good workout.

    Ab tabata done. Some questionable form on my part.

    60% = 130/65% = 140/70% = 150/75% = 160
    4.) Snatch pulls:

    I will call this an active rest day 🙄
    16:41 slow and steady
    -First run my child did not like it and started hurting me so had to walk at least 100 meters then a slow jog back
    -Next two rounds no pain but went slower
    – burpees chest to one ab mat
    1st round jumping / 2nd steps / 3rd jumping

    Did some air squats and lunges at home
