3 Muscle-ups (or 6 Pull-ups)
5 Front Squats (Heavy as you can, unbroken and from the floor)
7 Handstand Push-ups

    135 FS (155 on 1st round)

    5AM WOD

    planned and executed 1 ring muscle up per round, no fails
    125# FS from floor, unbroken (probably/maybe could have done 135?)
    2 rounds of 7 HSPU unbroken, 7 rounds broken 4/3 and last round broken 3/2/2

    Fun WOD. Can’t imagine I would have made it if RX’d with 3 MU. Maybe next time.

    6 pull-ups – all kipping. 1st time I remember completing pull-ups in a wod without reverting to jump assist.
    FS’s @ 95#
    L-sit push press, 20#
    tough wod with the heat!

    That was hard.
    5 rounds as prescribed, 185 FS.
    Last 5 – got the muscle ups, skipped FSs, 7,6 or 5 HSPUs.
    3×3 bench 185
    Torched shoulders.

    HSPU’s holds 1-2-3 rounds the rest were L presses with #35

    Pretty beat from the last 2 days of training out in sweltering hell heat. Felt dehydated and my neck was torqued due to having a rifle slung and 15# of kit.
    Metcon at 185#
    Drop kicked the HSPU at rnd 7 due to the neck issue.
    Finished it out with MU and FS.
    All FS unbroken.

    Bench: 225/225/235/245/205/205 I think.
