    I weighed myself pre-wod to get my rx DL weight. I SHOULD NOT have done that. I’m 15 pounds heavier than I should be. I’m working on correcting this. I let that get in my head during the WOD. Finished but it was slow. Sorry for journaling.

    Slower than last time, but I rowed this time instead of bike, and I’m MUCH slower on rower than anything else.
