25 minutes to complete:
5 Rounds
Max Bench Press (bodyweight)
Max unbroken Pull-ups
Compare to August 21, 2014
*If you have several good kipping pull-ups (10+ in first round), go for max reps in 1 grip, no regrip. If you have a few kipping pull-ups but can’t string together very many (5 or so), allow one regrip in your pull-up set. If you are scaling pull-ups, go for around 15 per round with the least number of regrips possible. This is a great day to work in a band as it is not “for time.”
