      Power Snatch: 75# across
      C&J (push jerk) – started out at 105#, but seemed too light so worked up to 120# – Hoping to find a new 1rm soon. 125# is my previous.

      Metcon: 12:01? 12:10? somewhere around there. Got my time, then forgot after I sat down, died a little and cleaned up my stuff.

    Pre WOD 35 minute tempo run 3.3 miles

    First time I’ve ever done weighted snatches or C&J’s. It was good trying to figure how much weight I could handle.

    Snatches @ 180 no misses
    Squat Cleans & Jerk @ 225 no misses
    Metcon: 13:45 w/ 30lb WB
    Push Jerks: 60% * 3 = 160/65% * 3 = 175/70% * 3 = 190/heavy 3 @ 205
    OHS: 70% * 3 = 175/75% * 3 = 185/80% * 3 = 195/went for a heavy 3 @ 215 and only got 2
