    No metcon ☹️ (Had a pretty bad headache before starting and it wouldn’t go away. Yes, I was hydrated – water is all I drink. Yes, I took ibuprofen before the WOD and it didn’t touch it. 😒 Think it’s stress/exhaustion related due to school starting back up. I tend to be a WORKAHOLIC at the beginning of the school year🤓😬 Need to learn to fit some ME time in)

    Worked on Front Squats as additional strength training in lieu of metcon. Worked up to 3×103#

    All of my front squats were unbroken so I’m assuming I have a new front squat 1rm as that was 55% of my current 1 rep. Was able to string several T2B together without the stop and kip in between so progress on that.
