No ROMWOD or yoga tomorrow! Regular classes at 9 and 10:30.

Hey guys, if you get the chance to come by the gym this weekend, we’re having a work day and could use your help! We’ll be doing a lot of painting, hanging lights, repairing boxes, hanging peg boards, cleaning, etc. Saturday after the 10:30 class until around 5 and again on Sunday 1-4.

Strength/Skill

1 Power Clean + 3 Front Squats + 1 Jerk
