    Struggled to even get 75-80% of 1rm on both. These are less than the lifts I’ve been doing on the emoms…..

    My feelings were hurt and mad yesterday @lunch WOD
    I have been trying really hard on these lifts over the past several weeks and it was frustrating. Pushups from Saturday had my arms like noodles.
    Snatch 77#- 2# PR b/c I needed to leave the gym with at least a small pr -know I can do more
    Power Clean tied 115#pr, didn’t even try jerk for fear my arms would drop it on my head:(

    Pu’s- first 25 Rx rest as good as I could

    Snatch – 65 – Disappointing because my previously recorded PR was 65 & couldn’t for the life of me lift more
    Clean & Jerk – 85 – Excellent because my previous PR was @70!

    Tabata – Completed without counting. Single unders with a 35lb KB

    -Power Snatch just did 10 reps @ 85#
    -Power clean + push jerk felt good so worked up to heavier then normal worked up to #145 clean was ugly but got it #15 from Previous Pr so happy with that !

    No pr’s for me today and I’m pissed about it. 😦 Shoulders and back muscles were killing me from deadlifts and from all weighted sit-ups yesterday. Didn’t even think about med ball sit-ups affecting my shoulders so much.

    I think I worked up to 80 or 85# on my snatch. 90# is my previous pr
    Worked up to 130 on C&J which matches my previous pr.

    Tabata: 210 Barely participated. Everything was tired and felt sucky.
