    A lot of strict push ups & some scaled where my thighs touched, I’m sure a few roll ups too. I have to scale some PU to keep my wod Metcon at this point. I was able to string the PC’s & that made me happy.

    Scaled just wanted to move today.
    95#PC/Pushups/Dubs in place of squats. (needed the work)Strung together 6&7 alot so getting some feel back. That’s a win.

    Worked on butterfly pull ups afterwards

      Maybe shouldn’t call mine Rx. Some of the reps my elbow did not rotate through enough. Aldo some squats may have been a little shallow. Didn’t focus enough on form today. Tried to go 100 percent effort today and lost some technique I think.

      Up from 331 Rx two years ago.
