    HPC: 115 (unbroken)
    135 (sets of 10)
    155 (sets of 3 & 4)
    Pull-ups as prescribed

    Flight Simulator
    5/10/15/20/25/30/25/20/15/10/5 in 8:23 (all I had time for)
    Finished with one max UB set of DU – got to 65 (new PR) before my rope got tangled in a set of overhead rings. Grrrr….

    Got thru 10 C2B before my shoulder said nope.

    I talked myself into half a flight sim for completion not time. It went way better than I expected. Actually got thru most of it unbroken. I suck at dubs.

    Ring rows as strict as I could, jumping pull-ups, 35# dumbell rows (20 each arm)

    Flight simulator – did single unders up to the 50 mark, ran out of time

    DUs went up the ladder only. Messed up once on 15s–rope in ponytail. Didn’t time, prob 6-7 min

    Dub work for 15 min – I actually strung 15 in a row!!! PR woot woot!! I usually do them as single double – so YAY 😁🙌🏼

    HPC=lower back still tight. skipped and rode assault bike 2 miles.
    Did all the pullups didn’t watch time close.7:00+/-
    Dubs. I worked. getting better.

    Flight simulator was just working on as many as consecutive DU; achieved 10-12 a few times (slowly progressing).

    Did a little work in the band

    Got 5-10-15-20-then I got stuck on trying to get 25 until class was over. No telling how many DUs I did trying to get 25. 22 is the highest I got 😑

    65#: Broke once at 15
    80#: Broke lots
    Finished at 5:42

    Pull-ups:
    Strict: 2 strict on short bar, 18 with small blue band
    kipping
    c2b: jumping
    total time for pull-ups: 8min 27 secs

    Post Wod: Worked on DUs and did lots of sit ups

    Metcon: HPC 85/95/105 (14:something)
    Spent a lot of time on 105#; actually missed a couple & dropped to 100# & then went back up & finished/made up the ones I did at 100# for 20 reps @105.
    Pull-ups: Rx’d
    Total time including rest=28:something
    Extra: Flight sim–got up to 45 & broke-not much time left so I did 45/50 UB & called it a day

    (Had to get pup unstuck from around the kettlebell that she was tied to at one point during the WOD. Lol)

    Attempted Flight Simulator after HPC as daylight was running out, but after 10 min of my rope catching on the bumpiness/cobblestone of my driveway, I decided to call it quits 😠 Never got past 25. Super bummed as I wanted to see how I compared to when I did it last.

    Moved into my garage to do the pull up WOD, but ended up practically being eaten alive by bugs. So I just did some quick pull-up accessory work and called it a day.
