    … Miserable in every way.. Every single rep…spent a good 6-7 accumulated mins of rest trying to cool down. Body temp was crazy high today.

    Partial reps had to cut it short to get to cheer practice and a snotty nose didn’t help

    On burpees I would do how ever many I was feeling on mat then would go jump over barbell that many times . Thanks Jennie for the suggest I’m a little dumb no adays 😂 Thanks Tyler for helping me clean up
