    Sit-ups: 25/20 x 6/22=167
    Burpees: 8/10 x 6=68

    I did sit-ups every other round starting with round 1. Burpees for the other rounds. Body is super sore so just wanted to move today. Happy Friday and good luck to everyone competing tomorrow!

    Did not want to do this. Knew it was gonna be horrible. Goal was to just keep moving, so I did. Good grief.
    Started with 10 reps, then 8, stuck with that until the last round which was 10 cals and 12 burpees

    1min at 14 (burpee)

    Should have stuck with 12 reps and sucked it up.

    Reat were any where between 5-8.
