Happy Saturday!

“DVB”
For time:
Run 1 mile with a medicine ball (20/14)
Then, 8 rounds of:
10 Wall Balls
1 Rope Climb
Run 800 meters with a medicine ball (20/14)
Then, 4 rounds of:
10 Wall Balls
1 Rope Climb
Run 400 meters with a medicine ball (20/14)
Then, 2 rounds of:
10 Wall Balls
1 Rope Climb

    Didn’t walk any. Did stop on 800 & 400 and put the ball down briefly but ran (slow jog) when I picked it back up

    Rd 2-3 no walking but more of fast jog
    Tough WOD- mind was wanting to move faster than my fatigued body. Those 90 snatches from yesterday were lingering

    1.) Run :10 * 400m runs w/ 1 min rest in between
    1:52/1:40/2:18/1:41/1:34/2:33/1:33/2:27/2:47/1:35 There was a couple runs that turned into recovering Hunter from a cat, person, dog, person, etc.
    2.) Snatches:
    60% * 2 = 130/70% * 2 = 150/75% * 2 = 160/80% * 2 = 170/ heavy single = 185 solid first attempt
    3.) Clean & Jerks:
    60% * 2 = 160/70% * 2 = 185/75% * 2 = 200/80% * 2 = 215/ heavy single = 235
    4.) LBBS
    78% * 4 = 300/83% = 320/78% * 4 = 300/86% = 330
    5.) was supposed to be for time but for some reason my app stopped

    I think 44:55?
    Ran the loop w/ a 12lb ball then ditched it. Scaled rope climbs. Incredibly grumpy throughout workout.

    Walked almost the whole 800 and 400. All WB unbroken. Rope climbs rx’d.
