    Squat snatch – 65# across – worked on shoulders and hips rising at the same time

    Metcon – 252 reps
    Made it through 12 squat cleans
    All Rx except I could see after a couple C2B’s that I couldn’t maintain through 30 so I switched to regular PU’s.
    Dubs chose to not show up today…but that’s pretty normal for me.

    Scales box steps, chin over PU, PCs–same as last time
    *got out of order today. Went to PU before TTB. Did 3 C2B then to TTB. Forgot to count those 3 reps when I did get to pull-ups.

    The cool air is the bomb. Ah-mazing how much better I can breathe!!

    40 Toes-to-Bar: Good swings today. Mostly toes to bar. Some knees to elbows and a few knee raises.
    30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups: chin over kipping pull up. Denise said I got some chest high! so whoo hoo!
    30 Barbell Facing Burpees
    20 Cleans 65# (got 10 before time was up)

    Steady pace. Super sore but can tell CF is really bulletproofing my hips and lower back for these loaded movements.

    Open test done on Tuesday with a 4 rep PR I got 8 into the snatches so 288 reps. I did it like I did last time I have recorded for comparison. I did power cleans and burpees in one spot.
