    800m first round I ran without stopping. Second and third I only stopped once which is a big victory for me. All these runs are paying off 😀
    15 box handstand push ups each round
    25 DU attempts each round. First round I got 10 DU second I got 13 and the last round I made myself go until I got 25 DU
    This workout was really hard for me but I’m so glad I made myself go 100% because I KNOW I got better today
    That said my BS were hard 😝
    85/95/100/105/110/85 I was smoked lol
