    Moved on the assault bike for 27 cals…got my legs good and warm for the squats

    BS: 165/185/225 – unbroken from floor – didn’t realize I had put 15s instead of 10s on the first set – I was a little shy of parallel on some reps on last set, gotta do better next time.

      Forgot to see time on back squats. Pretty much used up all the time on the clock. Not sure when it started.

      Also did jiu jitsu for an hour before WOD.

    My back was feeling weird; I was tired and leading with my chest and lifting alllll with my lower back. Not cool. So I stopped after the second light round :/
