    Did 2 strict PU and 2 ring dips each round used #55KB.

    Today marked several milestones for me. It was my first time doing bar MU in a metcon (basically first time doing real bar MU’s ever) and it was my first time to swing a pig! 😀 It might have also been my first time to do HSPU for the duration of the metcon without scaling…
