We will have an 8:30 class tomorrow!

We will be having a intro level nutrition class this Sunday at 1:30. This class will cover very basic principles about a balanced diet and how to make healthier choices in your busy life. It may not be helpful for those of you that have been to my previous classes. We will have a more advanced class around the new year.

    We got to 81 DU on the 1st round.
    I completed 5 or 6 of the rope climbs, 20 clean and jerks (85#), 18 HSPU, 20 power snatches (85#), 20 overhead squat cleans (75#), and 56 DU.

    For me:
    80# PC&J, 65# PS/OHS. Last rd 5 reps PS at 55# bc only a few seconds & no time to break my bar down. Rope climbs, HSPU, DU Rx

    WAY TO GO Kelly on those rope climbs today too!

      Cindy put a hurting on me Tuesday! This WOD was humbling b/c my shoulders and all the body parts attached to my shoulders were smoked.

    Got a Ruck in this morning. 6mi in 1:36 w/55lbs rucksack. Not a PR but close.

    Also, thank God for lacrosse balls!
