    Today was give and take. I’m much stronger than I was 2 years ago with less shoulder mobility due to injury. So I improved my C&J by 10# (215 PR!) but lost one rep at 15.1 (120) doing supine t2b.

    C&J worked up to #93 PR tie…felt good, so went to 103#..squat cleaned it, then busted chin on way up with jerk. Failed that & didn’t try any more OH.
