    15 rounds is what we tallied. I was marking my rounds and hers so hopefully I got them all!

    I did 75# PP until the 7:00 mark and then went down to 65# so I could keep them unbroken.

    1.) AMRAP w/ Adam 19 rounds + 3 Rx’d
    2.) OHS: 95/135/155/185/205 × 2
    3.) FS: 135/185/205/225 × 3 stopped there. Right knee popped a little harder than normal so I decided to call it. No pain or discomfort, just playing it safe.
    4.) 4 × 950m runs w/ 3min rest in between
    4:06 w/ Hunter
    Not sure about the 2nd time. Clock was reset during it.
