    Grace was 4:40 today which is almost a whole minute over my pr. I don’t think I strung more than 5 burpees together at a time. Felt pukey again today. Going to have to get my diet back in check. Not looking forward to it. 🙂 Still a great workout!

    Not Rx. Assault bike 2 miles each time in place of run. Rope climbs and burpees as Rx.

    3 weeks post babe did what I could prescribed today. Didn’t wanna half a$$ a hero wod so didn’t wanna cut out reps . Slowly adding more barbell weight and movements back in .

    -1 mile run with stroller ( took 3 10Sec breaks here )
    – 3 for 1 7laying rope climbs / 3 real rope climbs my core is gone could feel it on these
    – 1 mile run with stroller ( lots of walking)
    – 50 burps / 50 ab mat sit ups

    Enjoyed learning about and honoring Glen’s life today. Also enjoyed coaching everyone and seeing everyone work so hard on this tough WOD. It was a great day at CFJ!

    1.) Glen: 32:52 Rx’d w/out a vest PR! Down from 37:something
    2.) Snatch work based off of 225 (failed reps count, make/miss count it and move on):
    60% × 4 = 135
    65% × 4 = 150
    70% × 4 = 160
    75% 2 × 4 = missed the 3rd rep on both sets
    3.) Snatch pulls based off of 225:
    90% 4 × 3 = 205
    4.) LBBS:
    60% × 4 = 230
    70% × 4 = 270
    75% × 4 = 290
    5.) 8 × 4 RMUs rest as needed between sets. I went every :90. Total time = 10:49 PR on 30 MU for time.
